Bookings on a week-to-week basis ( from
Saturday to Saturday ) in the High Seasons. Other seasons :
sojourns of min. 2 nights ( from € 28 to € 35). Children under 3
: free. Children under 10: 10% discount (only for daily sojourns).
10% discount on the 2nd and 3rd week of vacation.
The prices include: bath and kitchen towels, bed linen (weekly
changed), electricity, gas for kitchen, hot water. Final
cleanings excl.: smaller apts. € 25,00; larger apts. € 35,00.
Heating excl.: € 3 / sq.m. Caution money: € 100. Small pets : €
25,00 . Extra bed or cradle € 25,00. Deposit of 30% of the total
price as reservation; the rest of the sum on guests’ arrival.
Arrival time : from 16,00 h. to 20,00 h.. Departure time: 10,00
h.
